We are starting a new project. We are building a NEW GARAGE/SHOP. It will be a 2-3 car garage, 20'x32' with 10' walls and 17' cathedral ceiling. It will be attached to our house and stuccoed and double wide garage door to match our house and existing 3 car garage doors. Inside will have heat and a/c. BendPak 2 post lift, 7' BigAss fan and 4 x BigAss LED lights, 110/220, shelves, storage, work benches, tools, 250a welder, plasma cutter, the works.

-Pad Composition seems to make more braking difference than actual pad size
